BMW E31 840i / 840Ci / 850Ci Complete Fuel Pump Assembly — V8 M60/M62 & V12 M73 (Replaces OEM 16141182289)

A complete, brand-new fuel pump assembly for the BMW E31 fitted with the V8 M60/M62 engines (840i, 840Ci; 1994–1999) and the V12 M73 (850Ci; 1995–1999). It mounts under the passenger rear seat and ships with a new top rubber seal. This is not a 3D-printed part — every component is precision injection-moulded to factory standards, and the assembly spent over two years in development to engineer out the original’s known weak points.

The most common failure on the original is fuel weeping at the moulding “parting line” below the injection mark — up to half of factory assemblies eventually crack there through years of heat-cycling. The redesigned top cap is uniformly strong and crack-resistant. The brittle preformed plastic fuel lines, which degrade on modern E10/ethanol fuels and cause pressure loss, are replaced with high-pressure, fuel-resistant PTFE corrugated lines — curing the rough idle and low-power symptoms that come from a leaking original.
