Shipping policy

6.1 Dispatch origin

Goods are dispatched from our fulfilment location at Egliu g. 36-6, LT-03138 Vilnius, Lithuania.

6.2 Destinations and rates

We ship: (a) domestically within Lithuania; and (b) internationally to the countries enabled in our shipping zones, which presently include (among others) the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

 

6.3 Customs, duties and import taxes (non-EU)

For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient may be liable for import duties, taxes and clearance fees in the destination country. Unless we expressly operate Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at checkout, these are not included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare goods accurately and cannot undervalue shipments.

6.4 Risk and title

For consumers, risk passes when you (or a third party you indicate, other than the carrier) take physical possession. For business customers, risk passes on handover to the first carrier. Title passes on full payment.

6.5 Delays

Transit times are indicative, not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier or customs delays outside our control; for consumers, where delivery is materially late, statutory remedies (including cancellation in defined circumstances) are preserved.
