A complete, brand-new in-tank fuel pump assembly for the 2002–2006 Harley-Davidson VRSC V-Rod, built to drop straight in while keeping full OEM form and function. Nothing on it is 3D-printed — every component is injection-moulded and cast like the factory unit. It spent over two years in development and was tested in the real world by a well-known Harley custom shop across several different V-Rods before release.
The upgrades target where the original fails. The top cap is substantially redesigned against microcracks, with added reinforcement studs at the fuel barbs so they don’t snap from vibration or when a stuck hose is pulled. The fuel-level sender is replaced with a modern, far more accurate and reliable unit, and the pump motor is engineered for long-term durability with a small flow increase over stock. PTFE wiring and fuel-resistant hoses are used throughout, and a pre-installed OEM harness plug and top rubber seal are included. A VRideTV installation video is provided.
